2. Products & Handmade Nature
All items sold at Bog-Art-Studio are handmade and one of a kind. Due to their handcrafted nature:

  • Slight variations, imperfections, and unique details are to be expected

  • Colors and details may vary slightly from photos

These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

4. Orders & Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after it has been processed or shipped.

5. Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.

Bog-Art-Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier or marked as delivered.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders. Optional shipping insurance is available upon request.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bog-art-studio.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Bog-Art-Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
