FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON PURCHASES OVER $100

I offer free standard shipping!

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
Package insurance is available upon request, Packages are not insured unless specified. I will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address given. If you request insurance, please email me after your purchase has been made.

Express and international shipping is available upon request, please email me at info@bog-art-studio.com

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your package leaves my studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service/UPS.

In case your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.

-If the above steps have been checked off and it says your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, since you’re on the receiving side, you will have to open a claim with your local post office

All international customers are responsible to pay any customs or taxes that your country requires. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has shipped you will receive an email with the package tracking info. Please allow for 24-48 hours for your tracking info to become available.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Please know your size before ordering,  most of my rings are adjustable. 

Each piece is handmade and will have imperfections that add to their unique beauty.

Contact me with any sizing or item questions before placing an order.

If there are any issues with your order please contact me within 48 hours after receiving the item. I will strive to solve any reasonable issues.  

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes, we offer expedited shipping at an extra cost.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we can ship internationally at an extra cost, taxes and customs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Yes, I take custom orders, when time allows, there will be a 50% deposit required.
